Founders
Tyler Ore embarked on his journey in the utility sector in 2007 with a local electrical contractor. Progressing through the ranks, he later assumed the role of foreman with one of the Mid-Atlantic's largest private utility contractors, overseeing teams of up to 15 field employees per project. His tenure extended to managing utilities across multiple military bases before recognizing the need to establish his own venture.
In 2019, Tyler founded Tyler Ore Electrical Services, initially a side endeavor catering to diverse segments within the power market. Fuelled by a growing clientele and a reputation for excellence, Tyler's venture evolved into a full-time pursuit by 2021, supported by a team of 2-3 field professionals. His meticulous attention to detail and unwavering work ethic form the cornerstone of Susquehanna Power, underscoring the network and expertise he brings to the company.
Cody Allen commenced his entrepreneurial journey in 2012, joining a developing company specializing in environmental containment solutions. As its inaugural employee, he spearheaded all aspects of business development, from generating sales to cultivating new partnerships and carving out a niche within the industry. Over the ensuing five years, the company expanded its portfolio to include contracting and installation services. In 2018, recognizing Cody's invaluable contributions, the company's owners offered him a stake in the business. Under his stewardship, the company witnessed exponential growth, achieving milestone revenue targets in 2022 and 2023.
